Using our games
By downloading or playing a game from Wobbly Owl Studio, you agree to these terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.
Your license
We give you a personal, non exclusive license to play our games on your own devices for fun. Please do not copy, sell, change, take apart or cheat our games, or use them to break any law.
Virtual items and money
In game cash, coins, boosts and other virtual items have no real world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. They are part of the game and may change as the game is balanced. Purchases are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's refund rules.
Ads
Our games show optional rewarded ads. Rewards are given after the ad finishes. If no ad is available, for example when you are offline, the reward cannot be offered. See how we use ads.
Age
Our games are made for players aged 13 and older.
Changes and availability
We update our games to fix bugs and add features. We may change or remove features, or stop offering a game, but we will try to give fair notice before removing anything you paid for.
No guarantees
We work hard to make our games fun and stable, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost progress or indirect losses from using our games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Our content
Our game names, characters, art, music and this website belong to Wobbly Owl Studio. Our blog articles may be quoted with a link back to the original page.
